Day 1

Arrive Trivandrum – Kovalam

Thiruvananthapuram – is the capital city of Kerala, which is an epitome of true eternal beauty of Kerala with tranquil surroundings. It is distinguished by its British colonial architecture and many art galleries. Referred to as the “Evergreen City of India by Mahatma Gandhi the city is characterized by its undulating terrain of low coastal hills. On arrival at Trivandrum you will drive to Kovalam and check into your hotel. Relax for some time and then explore out and enjoy the beach with its shimmering sands and pristine waters.

You can also soothe yourself here by getting a herbal body toning massage done that will relieve your stress and offer relaxation. You can get the massage done at a centre of your choice. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2

Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam

Today morning, after breakfast you will enjoy your sun bath at the beach and refresh yourself. Later you will drive to Cape Comorin, also known as Kanyakumari, the southern most tip of India. The town is popular for watching sunrise and sunset ocean and is also a famous pilgrimage site that draws thousands of travellers.

You will visit the stunning 16th century wooden Palace, Padmanabhapuram Fort, one of the best examples of Kerala architecture, which was formerly the capital city of the erstwhile Hindu Kingdom of Travancore. The King’s council, Mother Place and the House of Performance and the Clock Tower, Vivekananda Rock are the main attractions of the Palace.

It also comprises of an Archaeological museum that exhibits various weapons, Chinese jars, wooden furniture and various artefacts, several paintings belonging to the medieval times. In the evening you will drive back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

Kovalam – Alleppey – Houseboat ( Day 3 – Day 5)

Today morning after your breakfast you will drive to Alleppey – a city on the Laccadive Sea, known for its houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala Backwaters a network of canals and lagoons. On arrival embark your private Luxury Houseboat.

You will see beautiful stretches of paddy fields, lines of coconut trees and quiet small villages. You will cruise through the waters in style, savouring the mouth watering cuisine cooked with the natural flavour of Kerala spices and enjoy every moment of this unforgettable journey.

Your tours ends on Day 5.

Day 5

Arrive Kumarakom – drive to Kochi (50 kms 1hr 15 mins)

You will disembark in the morning at Kumarakom – a village on the Vembanad Lake in the backwaters of Kerala. You will then drive to Kochi.

On arrival at Kochi – check into your hotel. you will first embark on a sight seeing tour of Kochi that will include visit to St. Francis Church built in 1503 by Portuguese Franciscan Friars where Vasco Da Gama was buried for 14 years before his remains were transferred to Lisbon. Next visit will be the Chinese Fishing Nets, which are fixed land installations set up on bamboo and teak poles, which is a unique way of fishing. Close by is the Mattancherry Palace or “Dutch Palace – the central hall on the 1st Floor was the coronation hall of the Rajas of Kochi. The palace with Kerala murals and and Hindu temple art was built by the Portuguese. Visit the Jewish Synagogue, built by the Jewish community of Cochin, and Bolghatty Palace.

Thereafter, in the evening enthrall yourself with a special presentation of the colourfully costumed Kathakali Dance Drama of Kerala. This is a mask dance form that is 1500 years old and has 24 mudras expressing the nine emotions of serenity, wonder, kindness, love, valour, fear, contempt, loathing and anger and is usually performed by males. Day 6

Kochi - Nattika Beach (75 Kms. 2hrs 20 mins)


Today after your breakfast you will drive to Nattika beach, a traditional fishermen’s village famous for its exotic hills, tea plantations, serene walk and Ayurveda resort. On arrival check into your Resort cottage and relax for a while.

Thereafter, explore the beach, picking seashells, building sand castles, sipping coconut water or relaxing on the beach. Stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 14

Nattika Beach – Guruvayoor – Athirapally - Nattika


This morning have your breakfast. You will then drive Athirapally, known for its many waterfalls, enroute you will visit Guruvayoor, also known as Gurupavanapuri, a pilgrimage town known for its centuries old red-roofed Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple where Hindu devotees make offerings of fruits, spices and coins often equivalent to their own weight. Exploring the street leading to the main entrance of the temple is a fascinating experience in itself. The main deity Lord Krishna is a four armed standing Krishna carrying the conch, the sudarshan chakra, the mace and the lotus with a Holy basil garland which depicts the majestic form of Vishnu.

Later you will visit the Athirapally Falls – largest waterfalls in Kerala, originating from the upper reaches of the Wester Ghat mountains. Also see the Vazhachal Waterfalls, perched high above the Sholayar forest ranges on the fringes of Kerala’s famous rain forests. Athirapally is the largest waterfall in Kerala which stands tall at a height of 80 ft. The Vazhachal falls is close to dense forests that are home to many endangered and endemic species of flora and fauna and the view is truly mesmerizing.

Day15

Nattika Beach – Kochi (75 Kms. 2.5 hours)


This morning after your breakfast you will transfer to Kochi airport to connect your flight back home or onward destination with Unforgettable memories of this Ayurveda and Yoga tour at Nattika Ayurveda Resort.
